This semester's module deals with the theory and practice of
individual employment relations within a legislation-specific context. Once you
have completed this module, you should be well-equipped to understand and deal
with many of the employment relations challenges you will likely face in your
future working life, whether as an employment relations specialist, line
manager, or policymaker.
